To place an order, first send an Order Form via Instagram DM or Facebook message. Then comment your desired item/s. All items are sold on a Mine basis — first to submit the order form and pay gets the item. Make sure you're 100% sure before commenting, and always award, invoice, and pay promptly.

Items are sold on a Mine/Claim system: Mine is the starting price, Steal is higher than Mine, Grab is higher than Steal, and Bid is your own price. The highest bidder at the time of cut-off wins the item. Once you're awarded, you must invoice and pay promptly — delays may result in forfeiting your claim.

Yes! We ship nationwide via J&T Express. Rates vary by region: Luzon (LUZ), Visayas (VIS), and Mindanao (MIN) each have different rates based on parcel weight. Shipping fees must be paid together with the item. No COD available.

Every item we sell is rated 10/10 — meaning either brand new with original tags, or like-new condition with no visible flaws under normal lighting. We clearly state the condition in each listing. While most items are preloved or thrifted, they are carefully curated for quality. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

We accept GCash, BDO, and BPI bank transfers. After being awarded an item, you'll receive an invoice. Payment must be completed within the specified cut-off time to secure your item.

After your parcel is shipped, tracking numbers are posted in a bulk list on our Instagram/Facebook page. Check the list for your name, then use your tracking number on the J&T Express website to track your parcel. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment regularly.

Please take a clear video of your parcel before opening it. Without a video, we cannot process any damage or missing item claims. We are not liable for delays, damage, or mishandling caused by the courier. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, message us immediately with your unboxing video.
